Cheol Joon Baek

Cheol Joon Baek is a Toronto-based photographer who specializes in documentary and fine art photography. He was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and began his art training in Melbourne, Australia where he attended Swinburn University for graphic design. In 1999 CJ came to Canada to study photography at Ryerson University. His photos were displayed at various venues and many photos have been published in national newspapers such as The Toronto Star, The Globe and Mail and magazines in the GTA. He is a regular contributor for Toronto’s NOW Magazine.
