Christopher, 8, is a basketball fan, while his brother Kyle loves computer games. They are two of four children living with their First Nation mother, Marsha. At the moment, Marsha is attending school to get her high-school diploma. The family lives in subsidized housing and on social assistance of $899 a month. Marsha says it would be difficult to manage without the food bank. "It's a struggle and we're trying to survive," she says.
